Synopsis:

Our “ohana” — family — includes everyone we love, even if we don’t always see eye to eye. When the treasured family quilt that holds generations of stories is accidentally damaged, does that mean we have ruined an important tradition just before the big Ohana Festival? Determined to make things right, we set out on a heartwarming mission to STITCH up the quilt and, in the process, rediscover what truly makes a family.

The ohana comes together in an unexpected way, proving that love, acceptance, and a little creativity can mend anything — especially the bonds that hold a family together.

7-18 July (Mon-Fri)
10 Days (2-2.5 hours/day) + 7 or 8 August Rehearsals  + 9 or 10 August Performance + Exam* (*excluding Juniors)

Age Groups:
Juniors: 2-4 years (Juniors not eligible for exam)
Initial Grade: 4-6 years
Grade 1: 6-8 years (5 years: must fulfil prerequisite of having completed Initial Grade exam via Kids’ Gallery in 2024)
Grade 2: 8+ years(7 years: must fulfil prerequisite of having completed Grade 1 exam via Kids’ Gallery in 2024)

Camp B
21 July - 1 August (Mon-Fri)
10 Days (2-2.5 hours/day) + 7 or 8 August Rehearsals  + 9 or 10 August Performance + Exam* (*excluding Juniors)

Juniors: 2-4 years (Juniors not eligible for exam)
Initial Grade: 4-6 years

Juniors: HK$7,980 per child (fee includes tuition, costumes and production fees)
INITIAL GRADE, GRADE 1 & 2: HK$9,900 per child (fee includes tuition, exam, costumes and production fees) 
Class Dates:
Camp A:  7-18 July (Weekdays) | 2-2.5hr/day Rehearsal & Show Date(s): 7-10 Aug (TBC)
Camp B: 21 July - 1 August (Weekdays) | 2-2.5hr/day Rehearsal & Show Date(s): 7-10 Aug (TBC)

Application Deadline: Applications are open to all who fulfil the basic age requirement; however, due to the limited numbers of applicants we can accept, applications are accepted on a first-come first-served basis. 
Exam Name: Trinity Musical Theatre In-Production Examination Initial Grade, Grade 1 or Grade 2
Performance & Exam Venue: HKICC Lee Shau Kee School of Creativity Multi-media Theatre 
Attendance Requirements: 80% attendance for class, and mandatory dress rehearsal 
Ticket Price: HK$268 per person (performers do not need a ticket for entry) 
Show Duration: Approximately 45 minutes 
Awarded Certificate(s): 
Trinity Certificate for participants who passed exam 
Kids’ Gallery Certificate for Participation 

‍Hair, make-up, and costume 
‍Costumes will be available for pick-up before Performance dates.  
Please wear white/light colour undergarments. 
Performers are required to wear black canvas shoes/jazz shoes that are available for purchase at $80/pair and $288/pair respectively at Kids’ Gallery. We suggest children start wearing the black canvas shoes in class to practise.

• Girls: Wear hair in a low bun; if hair is too short, style hair away from face
• Boys: Leave hair natural
  

If your child wishes to wear make-up for the performance, please prepare this yourself before your performance. We are unable to provide or apply any make-up due to health and safety reasons.

Health and safety  
We will continue to uphold the highest levels of hygiene and safety. 

Remarks  

• Students should not bring bags or accessories to the theatre  
• The performance is approximately 45 min in length 
• No photography or video-taking is allowed during the performance. A professional video of the  entire performance is included in the Summer Camp Production Fee
• No parent or caregiver is allowed in the backstage area
• Please note that once confirmed, your child becomes an important part of the Stitch-ed Up production cast and we cannot give refunds of  Summer Camp Production Fees under any circumstances.  
• Performance venue and dates are subject to change due to availability
• No make-up class(es) for missed class(es)
