An Eligible Referrer can enjoy HK$500 Referrer Reward every time they refer an Eligible Referee during the Promotion Period. The Eligible Referee will enjoy 10% Instant Referee Discount for the first term of the regular course they enrol in. There is no limit to the number of Referrer Rewards.
For the purposes of the Promotion, the following terms shall have these corresponding meanings:
· "Eligible Referee" shall mean any referee who submits a New Course application during the Promotion Period and has successfully enrolled and paid in full for the New Course(s) during the Promotion Period. An Eligible Referee cannot beany existing client (whether in the client's sole name or in the spouse’s name)or had enrolled their child(ren) in any Kids’ Gallery courses.
· "Eligible Referrer" shall mean any Referrer who has successfully referred any Eligible Referee during the Promotion Period.
· “Existing Parent” shall mean any parent of an existing student at Kids’ Gallery.
· “New Course” shall mean any regular course the student has not previously been enrolled in, excluding seasonal courses and workshops.
· “Promotion Period” shall mean the period running from 1 September 2022 until further notice.
· "Referee" shall mean a new parent who is invited by a Referrer to enrol for a New Course at Kids’ Gallery. The Referee and Referrer cannot be the same person or members of the same household. Every Referee can only be referred once.
· Instant Referee Discount shall mean 10% discount upon full payment in any New Course(s). Once applied, the Referee cannot make any changes to or withdraw from the New Course(s) under any circumstances. Eligible Referee’s subsequent enrolment(s) after first registration will not be eligible for Referee Award. Referee Award cannot be used for materials, exam/speech festival fees, production/event fees, workshop/camp tuition fees, merchandise, in conjunction with other discounts/promotions, nor exchanged for cash.
· “Referrer” shall mean any Existing Parent who refers any Eligible Referee(s) during the Promotion Period. Referrer must ensure the other persons welcome this Promotion before sharing with them the information. Kids’ Gallery is not the sender of the information to the Referee, and will not take any responsibility for this. Referrer and Referee cannot be the same person or members of the same household.
· "Referrer Award" shall mean HK$500 (in form of direct credit to the Eligible Referrer’s account) for each Eligible Referee successfully referred during the Promotion Period. Eligible Referee’s subsequent enrolment(s) after first registration will not be eligible for Referrer Award. Referrer Award cannot be used for merchandise nor exchanged for cash.
Kids’ Gallery reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions and/or to change or terminate the Promotion without notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Kids’ Gallery shall be final and binding.
Referrer Reward and Referee Reward are only available to parents whose accounts are in good standing and remain valid with no outstanding fees unpaid when the Referrer Reward and Referee Reward are issued. Kids’ Gallery shall have the sole discretion in determining parents’ eligibility to enjoy the Referrer Reward and Referee Reward.
Any fraud and/or abuse of the Promotion by any person (as determined by Kids’ Gallery at its sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the person’s eligibility to the Promotion and/or cancellation of the account at Kids’ Gallery. Kids’ Gallery reserves the right to deduct the value of any Rewards awarded inappropriately to a person directly from any of the person’s account(s) without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.
