Terms & Conditions
MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES
During the Membership Period, from time to time, the Member will enjoy:
- Purchased credits can be used for all courses, workshops, and shop purchases, valid for 365 days from the date of purchase (Applicable for Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui, Tsuen Wan and Wong Chuk Hang Campuses only)
- Purchased credits can be shared with siblings
- Free welcome pack (including a tote bag and a Kids' Gallery T-shirt)
CANCELLATION POLICY
This Membership is non-refundable, non-transferrable, and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
MISCELLANEOUS
1. Kids’ Gallery reserves the right to refuse any application for Membership
2. Only the Member whose name is printed on the receipt can enjoy the privileges and discounts
3. The Membership can be used for production fees, event fees, examination fees, festive workshops, and other additional fees
4. The Membership excludes courses and workshops offered by third parties and partners
5. All Courses, activities, and facilities are subject to availability. Kids’ Gallery reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or withdraw Courses, classes, or activities with due notice. In case of timetable changes and any subsequent schedule conflicts, the Membership cannot be refunded, transferred, nor cancelled
6. Kids’ Gallery reserves the right to withdraw or amend any service within the Membership period
7. This Membership and the relevant clauses of the terms and conditions constitute the entire Agreement
8. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
